Rob has been sim-racing since August of 1995. The plans for 2014 are in a constant state of influx based on lingering pain and possible surgeries related to his July, 2009 fall. Though Neises, and JGR started 2014 as an "All-Ford" team, moves have been made that have: Created a second team, Neises Family Racing (NFR), seen Neises drive for another team, and rent/buy chassis from other teams. All of these moves means Neises could drive any make or model of car in any series. Ending the "All-Ford" Team description.
Rob lives in Wichita, Kansas, he has two daughters, Ashley and Kaitlyn, and his son, Robert Cole.
