The 17 team returns for a second season together. Forged from the former Ratt Pack Racing 19 team, 2007 seen the 17 participate in offline racing in the ISRS Series, and also part of SOAR-Racing's CUSH and STS series'. 2007 saw the 17 team, with driver Rob Neises, win five Championships. In ISRS, the 17 won the Nextel Cup, Craftsman Truck, Late Model, and Vintage Nascar titles outright; and was Co-Champion in the Open Wheel Series.
In 2008, Neises retires from offline racing, and will move the 17 team to SOAR-Racing where he will run in the Cup90 series.

Rob has been sim-racing since August of 1995. In 2008, he returns to the 17, running a Ford Thunderbird in SOAR-Racing Cup90 action. With 23 Championships and over 1800 races to his credit, Rob returns to chose not to defend his offline Championships. Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville Cafe returns as primary sponsor on the Thunderbird.
Rob lives in Wichita, Kansas, he and his wife Angie have two daughters, Ashley (10) and Kaitlyn (7), and a son, Robert Cole (5).
